Ingredients

  1. 3 lbsram goat meat
  2. 3 tablespooncurry powder
  3. 2onion
  4. 4 sprigsthyme
  5. 2 stalksgarlic
  6. 1scotch bonnet pepper
  7. 2 teaspoonblack pepper and salt
  8. 2small carrots cut in slices - optional
  9. 2 tablespooncurry goat seasoning
  10. 2 1/8 pintschicken stock
  11. 2 tablespoonginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and season with curry powder, garlic, thyme, black pepper, curry goat seasoning, salt, onion.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil first and add the garlic, scallion, curry powder, allspice, chicken broth and ginger.

  3. 3

    For the best results let seared meat sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. 4

    Pour a littlw oil in the pot and heat.

  5. 5

    Place meat in the pot and brown a little.

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup water for every 1 cup of chicken broth.

  7. 7

    Add carrots - optional

  8. 8

    Cook untill tender

  9. 9

    Add whole scotch bonnet pepper for flavour let simmer a few minutes.

  10. 10

    Make gravy by adding a teaspoon of corn starch.

  11. 11

    Serve with white rice.
