Ingredients

  1. 4large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  2. 3limes, juice only
  3. 2medium-size tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1small onion, minced
  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1/2Serrano or jalapeño chili pepper, seeded and minced
  7. 3 tbspchopped fresh cilantro
  8. to tasteSalt and freshly ground black pepper

    In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Mix in the remaining ingredients, and serve.
