Marinade the beef using smashed garlic and ginger and leave it for 20minutes

Boil the beef until it cooks

Drain off any water completely

Add oil,chopped onions and salt then let it fry for 10minutes

Add soy sauce let it fry for 5minutes

Plate your beef and garnish it using chopped parsley by sprinkling it on top and tomatoes
