Brinjal and moong daal bari gravy

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir fry moong daal badi till it becomes golden brown in colour then shift it in a plate.

Now in the same oil, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and bay leaves and allow it to crackle.

Now add all the rest ingredients stir fry them for 4-5 minutes.

Now add water as per your need and cook it for 2 vessels.

Your brinjal and moong daal badi sabji is ready to serve now.

Serve it with chapati or rice.
