Ingredients

  1. For kofta
  2. 1 cupCooked French fried rice
  3. 1/2 cupMashed paneer
  4. 1/2 cupMashsd boiled potato
  5. 1-2 tbspRoasted gram flour
  6. 1/2 tspGreen chilli paste
  7. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspDry mango powder
  9. As requiredDry fruits like cashew raisins
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For cashew paste
  12. 1/2 cupCashew
  13. 1 cupWarm milk
  14. For gravy
  15. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  16. 2-3 tbspOil
  17. 1 tspCumin seeds
  18. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  19. 1/2 cupOnion tomato paste
  20. 1Diced onion
  21. 1Diced tomatoes
  22. 1Diced capsicum
  23. to tasteSalt
  24. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  25. 1/2 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Mix All the ingredients given for kofta. Make balls. Flat the ball fill dry fruits in it and again make ball. Put it on boiling water. Boil it till balls come out. Drain the water. (#This Water can be used for gravy and other purpose.) set aside

    Soak the cashew in the milk for 15 mins then grind it and make smooth paste

    Heat oil add cumin seed, saute, add onion tomatoes paste, after 2 mins add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, Cook well, add cashew paste. Cook on low flame for 1 minute. Add diced tomato, onion, capsicum. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add little water. Consistency of gravy can be according to your choice. Add the balls. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream masala, Garnish with green cilantro. Serve hot with chapatti, nan,etc.
