Pork and Pasta with Cheese

This recipe is greatly inspired by my Cacio e Pepe, Cheese and Pepper recipe. It turned out so very delicious. I paired it up with the Venetian Pork Cutlet.

This recipe is greatly inspired by my Cacio e Pepe, Cheese and Pepper recipe. It turned out so very delicious. I paired it up with the Venetian Pork Cutlet.
Steps

Boil the water with salt and get the pasta noodles ready. Boil till just a bit el dente.

Fry the pork in the oil with black pepper till done.

Add the pasta straight from the boiling pot.

Add a half cup boiling pasta water. Simmer 3 minutes.

Add 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- 6
Stir in and add another half of boiling pasta water.
- 7
Add the rest of the cheese. And stir well.

Add more fresh ground black pepper It's ready serve immediately I hope you enjoy!!
