1 litermilk
1/2 cupboiled rice
2Paan leaves
7-8Almond finely chopped
7-8Pistachio finally chopped
1 tspCardamom powder
1 tspGulkand

Steps

1

Bring milk to a boil and cook till reduced to one third it's volume.

Add boiled rice and griend paan juice.

Add sugar to taste.

Add gulkand and cardamom powder.

Serve hot or chilled.
