Take the leftover Dry Sabzi and mash it properly.

Add Ginger Green Chilli Paste,Coriander,Peanut Powder,Lemon Juice,Garam Masala,Sugar,Salt,Saunf and sesame seeds and mix it properly.

Make a round ball of it and keep aside.

Take the Garamflour and add some water,Salt,Astafoeida and make a batter.

Heat oil till medium hot.

Add Fruit Salt to the batter and mix it properly.

Now dip the balls into the batter and fry them till crispy.

And now the Vada are ready and serve with Green Chutney and Dates and Tamarind Chutney.
