8 servings

1 kgsamp
1 sachetBenny spice
1 tsprajah curry powder
1large onion, chopped
1large carrot, peeled and chopped
2potatoes, peeled and chopped
Enough water to cook the samp
2 tbspsoil to fry the onion

Rinse the samp very well and bring to boil until well cooked with potatoes then add Benny spice

Fry onion with rajah then add carrot fry for 5 mins

Pour onion into the samp pot and mash it well done

Serve with cow heels and enjoy
