For the meringue usind the whisk attachment of your mixer beat the eggs whites till foamy then gradually add the sugar and cream of tartar till soft white peaks form

Beat sugar,flour,baking powder,salt n zest till well combined

Make a well at the center add eggs,oil,orange juice n vanilla and beat for a minute
