Combine rice,wheat flour,salt turmeric powder, chopped coriander,curry leaves, garlic and green chilli paste, cumin seeds

Add some water and mix well

Heat oil in a pan

Take spoonfuls and drop the mixture in oil slowly

Deep fry the pakoras till golden brown.

Rice pakora is ready.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
