Steps

Wash and grate all the vegetables, peel off boiled potatoes and grate.

In a bowl add all the grated veggies, boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chat masala, and 2 tbsp bread bread crumbs.

Now mashed potatoes with mixture and make dough for cutlets

In a small bowl take 2 tbsp refined flour and 2 tbsp of water and make thin paste.

Now make cutlets and dip on a refined flour paste then spread bread crumbs on it very well.

Now prepare all the cutlets like this and deep dry.

Vegetables cutlets are ready to serve with sauce.
