Take the warm milk add sugar and yeast,allow it to ferment

Now knead the dough with it adding salt

The dough should be soft

And now pour some oil on it and cover it for 2-3 hours

As it becomes double knead it once again

Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape with a rolling pin

Now heat a tawa well and prepare the roti

Toast it well from both the sides

Serve it with butter chicken or butter paneer
