Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong Dal soaked for 5 hr. before preparing
  2. 1/2 tbspCumin Powder
  3. 1 tbspGinger Chilli Paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 5-7 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the Moong Dal & grind it in a Processor Until a thick.
    Non lumpy mix it formed. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and mix well.
    Now heat oil in a flat non stick pan and spread the dough evenly using the back of a serving spoon.
    Pour the mixture evenly on the surface of the pan. Turn the dal pancakes over & make sure. it is slightly brown from both the
