Ist heat the oil in the pan then add Cumin seeds and add Ginger paste

After second now add Ginger paste, chopped onion and cook it for 3-4 minute

Add chopped carrot,capsicum and tomato and cook for a while

Now add grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves and mix to gether

Finally add some garam masala into the mixture,and now put it on the site for a while

Now heat a non-stick tawa and put a little butter on the pan

Now take 1st kulcha and place some butter on it,and put the paneer mixture on the same

Now take other kulcha and place some tomato ketchup on it
- 9
Put both kulcha on top of each other and squeeze the kulcha on the tawa from both the sides
- 10
Serve hot with some tomato ketchup...
