Cut all vegetable as required

Put oil in a Karahi place the same on gas stove. Add Ginger-Garlic paste onion, Carrot, beet Cabbage in karahi and fry.

Add Tomato sauce, Chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and mix them well. Mix garam masala, kitchen King also.

Now add leftovers boiled rice and boiled Chowmin and mix them well. Add green coriander. Stuffing is ready.

Take maida, add oil and and knead with water. Make dough and roll it as long size roti. With the help of knife, cut half portion of roti.

Fold the roti from middle.

Now fold it as samosa and fill stuffing.

Dip fry the samosa on low flame.

Indian - Chinese Samosa is ready and serve it with Imli - Khajur chutney and Green Coriander chutney.
