Steps

In a small bowl dilute the corn starch in water and set aside. On high heat in a small pot bring crushed pineapple and brown sugar to a simmer. Stir in cinnamon and lower heat slightly.

Add diluted corn starch and stir until thickened. Add butter and stir until melted and combined. Bring to a simmer again then remove from heat.

Sauce is ready!
