Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3 medium sizedPotatoes boiled and grated
  2. 1+3Onion chopped and rings to decorate/place in each burger
  3. 2-3 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  4. 3Tomato rings to decorate/place in each burger
  5. 1 teaspoonPav-Bhaji masala powder
  6. 1 teaspoonKitchen king powder
  7. 1 teaspoonMasala-E-Magic
  8. 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonRed chillie powder
  11. as neededVermicelli for rolling potatoes to make a nest kind of tikki
  12. as neededOil for shallow frying
  13. 1 tspEnglish mustard sauce for each burger
  14. 3Tomato sauce pouches
  15. 3Burger buns

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take 3 potatoes in white polythene,give slits in between

  2. 2

    Place in microwave at 100 percent high temperature

  3. 3

    Give 3 minutes so that potatoes get soft

  4. 4

    When it beeps,take out,peel well,grate it using kaddukas,add chopped onion's and chopped coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Now add the spices one by one

  6. 6

    Using these dry spices put 1 teaspoon each along with salt and red chillie powder

  7. 7

    Mix well using hands mash well

  8. 8

    Make tikki's and roll in vermicelli to make a nice nest kind of tikki's/cutlet

  9. 9

    Put oil in non-stick tawa,heat well

  10. 10

    Place tikki's in it

  11. 11

    When one side is browned,turn and flip

  12. 12

    A nice brown colour will be seen

  13. 13

    Take out in a plate and keep aside

  14. 14

    Arrange the tikki's in burger buns with a slice of onion tomato rings

  15. 15

    Serve cling wrapped
