Steps

Take 3 potatoes in white polythene,give slits in between

Place in microwave at 100 percent high temperature

Give 3 minutes so that potatoes get soft

When it beeps,take out,peel well,grate it using kaddukas,add chopped onion's and chopped coriander leaves

Now add the spices one by one

Using these dry spices put 1 teaspoon each along with salt and red chillie powder

Mix well using hands mash well

Make tikki's and roll in vermicelli to make a nice nest kind of tikki's/cutlet

Put oil in non-stick tawa,heat well

Place tikki's in it

When one side is browned,turn and flip

A nice brown colour will be seen

Take out in a plate and keep aside

Arrange the tikki's in burger buns with a slice of onion tomato rings

Serve cling wrapped
