Take a pan add oil add bay leaf then add sliced onion and fry until golden brown

Now add ginger garlic paste

Saute for a while then add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry until masala leaves oil

Now crack 3 eggs and add them to the masala

Lower the flame and allow the eggs to cook properly.

Cover it with a lid.

When eggs get cooked add roasted coriander powder and serve with roti or rice
