Boil the pasta in salted water.

Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.

Fry chicken in a pan with oil until cooked through.

Add chopped tomatoes, diced onion, crushed garlic and seasoning to the pan. Leave to simmer for 3 minutes.

Combine the pata and sauce together and transfer into a baking dish.

Top with cheese and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
