Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 2 big spoon /tbsp besan/gram flour
  • 4 tea spoonAmchur powder
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 table spoonsabji masala
  • 2 tea spoonginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 table spoonRice flour
  • 1 tea spoontermuric powder
  • 10-12small arbi leaves finelly chopped
  • as neededWater
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl,all ingridients to add and mix properlylittle by little add water and make pakoda type consistency

  2. 2

    Take a small portion of batter and fry to hot oil

  3. 3

    Deep Fried pakode from both sides till crispy.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle mango powder and serve hot.
