Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 bunchesspinach, cleaned
  • 200 gmushrooms, cleaned and chopped
  • 1large onion, chopped
  • 2green peppers, chopped
  • 4 tablespoonsMelrose cheese
  • 1 cubebeef stock
  • 2 tablespoonsoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry chopped onion, green peppers and mushrooms

  2. 2

    Add chopped and rinsed spinach add beef stock then bring the heat low to allow to steam

  3. 3

    Add cheese stir and simmer for 5 minutes
