  • 5-6teasle gourd
  • 1/4pumpkin
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the gourd and pumpkin

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and slitted green chilli

  3. 3

    Add the chopped veggies and saute

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it starts getting tender

  5. 5

    Now remove the cover and cook until it is soft and moist

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    The dish is ready to serve
