Steps

Firstly, in a large pan heat 1cup ghee and roast 20cup besan on low flame.

Stir continuously till the besan combines well without any lumps.

After 20-25 minutes, the mixture turns golden brown indicating the besan has cooked completely.

Now in another pan take 1 cup sugar and ¼ cup water.

Dissolve sugar completely and boil for 5-6 minutes.

Now transfer the prepared sugar syrup over besan mixture and mix well. (keeping the flame off)

Grease the plate with oil and spread the mixture on it and cut into shape.
