3-4 servings

1culiflower
1Potato
1/2 cupboiled peas
1tomato chopped
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the Potato and cauliflower
2

Add oil in a pan and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies
3

Add Potatoes and saute well adding cauliflower florets
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
5

Add tomatoes and saute well
6

Add green peas saute well adding red chilli Powder
7

Add sugar and mix well and serve it with rice or chapati
