Mix salt, ajwain and oil in the maida till bread crumbs consistency

Add water and make a stiff dough

Take a small portion of dough and roll it in a thin roti prick it with fork and cover the outer side of katoori and deep fry it

Katoori is ready for filling

Take one katoori on a serving plate and fill it with boiled matar add one spoon of tamarind chutney than with mint coriander chutney

Pour curd on over it than sprinkle black salt, jeera powder and chaat masala

Sprinkle sev on it and garnish it with pomegranate seed and coriander
