Take a wok

Add ghee in it

Then add bread crumbs in it and saute it

Then add khoya and milk powder in it and saute it..

Then add rose water, gulkand, coconut powder and sugar in it and saute it..

Then add milk in it and cook it till it become dry on slow flame

Then add dry fruit powder in it and mix it well..

Divide this mixture into 3 parts..

For saffron colour.

Take a pan

Add one part of mixture and carrot puree in it

And cook it on slow flame till become dry..

Then make ladooes

For white colour

Take another part of mixture

Add rest part of mixture and peas puree in it
