Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and set this aside for 5 mins.let it foam up.
Take one cup flour each in three different bowls with salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.

Make three portions of the foamed up yeast
Pour little yeast mix into each bowl.

Bowl 1 for orange shade. Mix tomato and carrot purée in first bowl with flour etc. mix well to a dough.

Bowl 2 - to keep it white, just knead it with yeast mix to a firm dough

Bowl 3- add spinach purée to the flour mix along with yeast and knead to a firm dough

Now Cover all the bowls with plastic wrap or samp cloth and set this aside for 1 hour till it is doubled in size.

Take the dough out of the bowls on your kitchen counter and knead again for 5 minutes
Roll the three doughs into a cylindrical shapes of equal lengths - 8
Pinch all the three rolled cylindrical logs together from one end and start braiding left to right like we do while plating hair
Arrange this in a buttered baking tray

Now cover it with a samp cloth and let it sit for second proofing for 15-20 minutes
In the last 10 mins or rising, preheat oven to 200 degree C.

Now just butter the upper surface of the braided bread to have a glossy and shiny look
Now place this in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 mins
Take it out and enjoy with your favorite soup or baked vegetables
