Take Besan in bowl add salt and all spices together

Keep oil to heat in pan.

Now add 1 tsp hot oil in besan. Mix well

Now blend the corn seeds, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves. Mix this mixture in besan.

Now fry small flat balls of mixture. Ready for serving. Garnish with tomato sauce and Mint chutney

For mint chutney add all ingredients in mixer pot and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
