Hakka Noodles

This quick and easy to make Chinese noodle dish is perfect as a snack or main course and for hosting great parties.

Bring 3 to 4 cups of water to a boil, Add noodles and cook till all dente.

Drain off the excess water and rinse them under running water to remove excess.. starch and keep aside

Cut all the veggies in lenghtwise.
Now heat oil in a pan and saute onion and cabbage till they are tender. - 5
Now add carrot and all the pepper and cook till they are soft

Now add the dry spices and sauces and mix well.

Cook for 5_6 mins..
Add the boiled noodles mix well. - 8
Keep on medium flame and keep stirring to avoid sticking at the base..

Cook for 7_8 mins.
Off the flame and serve hot..
