  • 1/2ripe pineapple
  • 1large carrot
  • Sugar

  1. 1

    Wash the pineapple and the carrots and peel them

  2. 2

    Slice the pineapple into cubes and grate the carrot. mix them

  3. 3

    Boil sugar and water for syrup.add into the salad and chill it in the fridge

  4. 4

    Serve as a starter or appetizer
