Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonTomato ketchup (optional)
  • 1 springsCoriander leaves
  • 4 tablespoonsOil
  • 1 teaspoonCrushed kasuri Methi
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 cupFresh Cream
  • 8Cashewnuts
  • 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 TeaspoonSugar
  • 1/2 TeaspoonCumin seeds
  • 150 gramsTomatoes (chopped)
  • 100 gramsButter
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TeaspoonsGinger garlic paste
  • 1Onion (chopped)
  • 500 gramsRaw Chicken slices
  • 1 TeaspoonGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into thin slices and apply 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, a pinch of coriander powder mix it.

    Now shallow fry in the hot oil then transfer onto a plate and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In this oil add cumin seeds,onions, ginger garlic paste mix it.

  4. 4

    Now add water, coriander powder, cashew nuts, red chilli powder, kasurimethi powder, green chillies, tomatoes mix it and cook covered with a lid.

  5. 5

    Now everything is mashed up, put it in a blender and blend it. In the same pan add butter, chicken use out water, tomato puree, salt, sugar and boil it.

  6. 6

    Now add tomato ketchup, cream, chicken, garam masala mix it and boil. Now butter chicken is ready to serve with rice or naan.
