1 cupmoong ki dal
1 cupudad ki dal
2 cupdahi
4 cupoil
to tasteSalt +red chilli +bhuna jeera
to tasteMithi chatani

Soak both dal overnight

Make paste with the dal

Heat oil in a wok,make vada and deep fry till golden
4

Soak vada in water for 3-4 hours

Place vada in a plate add dahi,salt,chutney,jeera powder,red chilli powder and serve
