Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong ki dal
  • 1 cupudad ki dal
  • 2 cupdahi
  • 4 cupoil
  • to tasteSalt +red chilli +bhuna jeera
  • to tasteMithi chatani

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak both dal overnight

  2. 2

    Make paste with the dal

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok,make vada and deep fry till golden

  4. 4

    Soak vada in water for 3-4 hours

  5. 5

    Place vada in a plate add dahi,salt,chutney,jeera powder,red chilli powder and serve

  6. 6
