I don't usually eat creamy stuff as they are bit heavy for me but if it's made with yogurt, it's very light and much healthier. Spinach, potatoes, zucchini, aubergine, salmon etc will be nice too!

Pretty enough for 2 servings
  1. 270 gYogurt (or even more!)
  2. 1 clovegarlic (minced or chopped)
  3. 1 packetmushroom
  4. 1sliced onion
  5. 1 headbroccoli(boiled)
  6. 1tomato(cut into small pieces)
  7. Grape seeds oil,Olive oil
  8. salt, pepper
  9. Cheese
  10. Coriander

  1. 1

    Put sliced onion in a microwave safe bowl, wrapped, to a microwave for 3 mins〜(600W)

    Preheat oven to 180 degree.

  3. 3

    Heat up a pan, add oil (just a bit) and garlic. Stir mushrooms to golden color, add onions and stir for another few mins.

  4. 4

    Turn it off, add yogurt, salt, pepper.

  5. 5

    Pour the #3 to a cassesole dish, add boiled broccoli, prawns,tomato, spread grated cheese, olive oil.

    Leave it in oven and wait for 25min~untill very tender!

    Add fresh coriander, done!!
