First green colour poori dough, wash fenugreek leaves properly.

Finely chopped fenugreek leaves for dough.

Take wheat flour add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder, Black pepper,cumin seeds & 2 spoon oil then add fenugreek chopped leaves then mix properly with hands, then make tight dough with water as required.

Keep aside for few minutes.

Second orange colour poori dough, make Puree so grind tomato in mixy Jaar.

Take wheat flour add salt, turmeric,red chilli powder, Black pepper,cumin seeds & 2 spoon oil then add tomato puree then mix properly with hands,then make tight dough with water as required.

Third white colour poori dough, take wheat flour add salt, Ajwain, Black pepper & 2 spoon oil then mix properly with hands,then make tight dough with water as required.

Heat the pan take oil for deep frying.

When oil is heated deep fry all poori & serve with any chutney, sauce and butter.
