  • 2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupboiled spinach
  • 1/2 cupboiled carrot
  • 1 tspeno
  • to tasteSalt

    For green, mix semolina, curd, eno, salt and spinach paste

  2. 2

    For orange, mix semolina, curd, eno, salt and fine carrot paste

  3. 3

    For white, mix semolina, curd, eno and salt

  4. 4

    Now in idli stand make the idlis.

  5. 5

    Idli is ready to serve
