Tri-colour rabri delight

Steps

First we have to make plane rabdi for that take milk in a heavy bottom pan and heat it

Add khoya and milk powder in it and mix well cook on medium flame contineous stirring

Cook to 1/4of it's origional quantity switch off the flame keep this mixture aside

Now for making carrot rabdi heat ghee in a vessel add carrot in it and saute

Add sugar as per taste and cardamom powder in it mix well

Add 3tbsp of prepared rabdi in it mix well cook for 1min.Switch of the flame carrot rabdi is ready

For palak paneer rabdi take spinach pury in a pan add paneer in it mix well

Add sugar as per taste mix well

Add 3-4tbsp of prepared plain rabdi in it cook for 2minUtes on low flame switch off the flame palak paneer rabdi is ready

For guava rabdi take guava in a pan add sugar as per taste cook for 2min.Switch off the flame cool this mixture

Mix plain rabdi in it dont cook it

Assemble rabdies in a glass garnish with almonds and serve
