Ingredients

  • 1 BowlSuji
  • 1/2 BowlCurd
  • 1 TspSalt
  • 1Tomato Chopped
  • 2 TbspGrated Carrot
  • 1Onion Chopped
  • 1Capsicum Chopped
  • 2Green Chillies Chopped
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Sooji, salt and curd in a bowl. Add water and mix. No lumps should be there. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    Keep carrots, capsicum, onion, tomato and green chillies ready with you.

    Now take a non stick griddle. Heat. Grease with oil. Pour 1 full laddle of batter. Now sprinkle capsicum in middle onion in outer circle and then carrots and tomatoes.

    Cook on medium flame.

    Flip it and cook from other side also.

    Enjoy with mint chutney or tomato ketchup or schezwan chutney.
