Steps

Firstly,cauliflower clean and wash with hot water very well.

Now heat oil in a kadai pour a cumin seeds, turmeric powder,now add tomato and green chilli, Ginger paste (optionl) fry until tomato soft.

Now add cauliflower or chopped mix well,add coriander powder or red chilli powder and salt mix well add water as per need. Cover with lid and cookadd.

Cook for 10 min, after 10 min open lid saute 2 min cover again.

After 5 check veg, aaloo gobhi veg ready add garam masala mix well.

Now serve with puri, paratha
