Tricolour eggless cake

Steps

Take a bowl add ghee, sugar and some milk mix it well.

Take another bowl add maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and sieve and mix it and the put some some dry ingredients into wet and mix well, add milk as per required consistancy

Mix in cut and fold method.

Take 2 bowl and transfer the cake better into 2 half half and add 2 food colour.

Now take a cake tin and grease it with some oil and transfer the cake batter into it.

Take a cooker and remove whistle and rubber from it, add salt in the base of cooker and put steel ring and then put cake tin on it.

Bake both the orange and green coloured cake for 30min on slow flame.

Now after 30 min. Check the cake with the help of tooth pick. If it comes clean that means it's done, if not then bake for another 5- 10 more minutes.

After both coloured cake are done let them cool down completely and after that take a cake base and cut it into 2 layers.

Take another coloured cake base and do the same process.

Now take sugar syrup and sprinkle on the green coloured cake base and apply wipped cream now take another half green cake layer and repeat the process and then take orange colour cake base and repeat the same process.

And after apply whipped cream in all side of the cake.
