Steps

Wash and clean the fishes.

Marinate the fishes with turmeric, cumin, chili powder and the olive oil for an hour.

In a separate plate, mix cornflour and breadcrumbs.

After marination for an hour, remove the fishes to a separate plate and sprinkle salt and pepper powder over them.

Now put the fishes on the plate containing the cornflour-breadcrumb mixture and turn their reverse sides as such that the mixture gets attached to the fish.

Heat the frying oil in a deep frying pan. Deep fry all the fishes till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chillies and tomatoes .
