  2. 2chopped jalepeno pepper
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped pineapple
  5. to tastesalt & pepper
  6. 2chopped bell peppers
  7. 4 tspsoy sauce
  8. 2chopped garlic cloves
  9. 2 cupssodium free chicken broth

    Brown chicken with onions

    Add all other ingredients and simmer on medium for 20 minutes.
