Steps

Weigh and mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl

Break the eggs and whisk them add in the dry ingredients

Add milk slowly, as you mix till you get a good mixture; smooth, not light but a bit thick and spreadable.

Heat the non- stick pan, spread oil on the pan
- 5
Using a ladle scoop the mixture and pour it into the pan spread and allow it to cook

Let cook till you see the edges dry and bubbles formed turn and allow it to cook on the other side... remove from the pan.

Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture
- 8
Serve with tea
