  • 250 gsugar
  • 225 gmargarine
  • 10 gBaking powder
  • 4eggs
  • Vanilla essence

    Grease n dust the baking tin

  2. 2

    Sieve the dry ingredients together flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Cream sugar n margarine until smooth n white

    Beat in the eggs one by one and add vanilla essence

    Add flour little by little n mix well adding water or milk.the batter should be thick not light
