This dish has been prepared by using the famous Kohlapuri Masala from Kohlapur, Maharashtra. I have prepared this dish with eggs since it is loved by all in my home. This preparation is very spicy and aromatic. Those who prefer spicy food will love this preparation.
I personally love to have this dish with any type of roti.

First Heat oil in a pan.

Add grated ginger-garlic and onion and saute till it becomes brown.

Add chopped tomato and saute for 1 minute on a low flame.

Add all roasted masalas in it.

Cool down and grind to make a powder.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Add boiled eggs and fry it for sometime on a medium flame and

Add 3 tbsp kolhapuri masala, stirring continuously.

Add salt and warm water.

When oil becomes separate, add fried eggs.

After a few minutes, turn the gas off.

Garnish with Coriander leaves.
