Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 4crabs washed well
  • To prepare masala we need
  • 1 bigonion
  • 1"ginger
  • 1/2 pod garlic
  • 2red chillies
  • 1" cinnamon
  • 1 cardamom
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 8black pepper corns
  • Make a thick paste out of this above ingredients
  • 4whole fried potatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2bay leaves
  • 4 spoonsmustard oil
  • 2big cardamom
  • 1Small piece of cinnamon
  • 4cloves
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1bowlMake milk out of 1/2 coconut

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the crabs well, add turmuric powder and salt to it.

    Heat a kadai, add mustard oil. Add chopped onion, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, big cardamom, make it a little brown.

    Now add masala paste.add turmuric powder, chilli powder And saute.

    Add fried potatoes And crabs and fry for minimum 10 mins.

    Now add coconut milk in it. Saute well. Now mouth watering aroma u can smell. Cover it for 10 mins.

    Serve hot with steamed rice and salad.
