Ingredients

  1. 2 cupGram flour
  2. 1 tbssemolina
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. Pinchasafoetida
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspchilli and ginger paste
  9. 1 tsp + 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 8-9curry leaves
  12. 1 tbssugar
  13. 1/2 glass water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add gram flour, semolina, turmeric, salt,1 tsp sugar,curd, lemon juice, mix it nicely and keep aside for 3 hrs

    After 3 hrs mix water as required, add chilli and 1 tsp oil, ginger paste and eno

    Pour it over greased than immediately put in dhokla vessel to steam cover and cook it for 15 minutes

    After 15 minutes check the dhokla and take out the plate and cut the dhokla in square shape

  5. 5

    For tdka:- heat tdka pan add oil,mustard seeds, Asafoetida curry leaves and half glass of water,sugar let it boil

    Pour over the dhokla let it soak well then enjoy
