Ingredients

  • 1cup rice
  • 1cup uraddal
  • 1/2cup rava
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 2chooped onions
  • 2chooped green chilli
  • 10curry leaves
  • 1 tbspurad daal
  • 1 tbsp haldi /turmeric powder
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt to taste
  • as neededCoriander
  • Coconut chutney:
  • 1 cupcoconut
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup dalia
  • 1/2" adrak/ ginger
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1pinchhing
  • 1 tbspurad daal
  • Tadka

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice, dal and rava to gether for 4hours

  2. 2

    Grind it's smoothly

  3. 3

    Ferment 5-hours

  4. 4

    Better is ready, add salt

  5. 5

    Take kadai in oil, add some tadka ingredients

  6. 6

    Add onion, curryleaves, hing, haldi powder, salt, green chilli, potatoes mashed, lemon juice, mix well

  7. 7

    Make dosa in a tawa

  8. 8

    In side potatoes masala and cover it

  9. 9

    Serve with chutney and sambhar.

  10. 10

    Enjoy
