Boil the potatoes

For gravy....make a paste of tomatoes,ginger, garlic and chillies all together in a grinder

After that in a pan or kadhai add two spoon of deshi ghee

Put all the dry ingredients and allow to crackle them then put the paste of tomatoes
- 5
Stir occasionally when the oil comes out from the gravy then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala., stir well.cover the pan with lid,when the masala loose the oil put mashed potatoes you can cut potatoes or simply mashed by hands stir it and cover with lid after 5 to 6 min. Add around one glass of water allow the water to boil after 5 min switch off the gas stove garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle garam masala serve with puri or kachor.
