  1. 1banana flower cut into small pieces
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 inchginger paste
  4. 5 clovegarlic chopped
  5. 5green chilli paste
  6. 2 tablespoongram flour
  7. 1 tablespoonghee
  8. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  9. 1potato cut into cubes
  10. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  13. To tastesalt
  14. 1 teaspoonsugar

  1. 1

    Banana flower pieces boil in water and strain it

  2. 2

    Chopped onion,gramflour and salt mix in a bowl and make ball from it. Fry the ball and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a same pan add ghee. Add potato cubes and salt and saute for a while.

  4. 4

    Add boiled banana flower pieces saute and cover the pan on a low flame.

  5. 5

    Add all masala powder, ginger garlic and chilli paste and fry it till the raw aroma disappear and cover the pan.

  6. 6

    Add onion fritters and salt sugar saute.Mocha ghanto is ready to be served.
